What is important to us:

You are attentive, dedicated, and have an ability to bring the story of the design to life, and interpret all the vision the design is trying to demonstrate. An architectural sketch is immediately seen as a 3D form in your mind. You are patient and can make the necessary corrections to meet clients’ revision requests on a timely basis.


  • Brainstorm new modeling and rendering concepts;
  • Independently produce a photorealistic rendering that effectively conveys the concepts of the projects of varying sizes and scope; Good communication skills to discuss with the project manager or directly with the clients, including but is not limited to an architect, interior designer, contractor, or urban planner;
  • Refine the design for projects in a timely manner;
  • Appropriate implementation of computer, VR/AR, and related software;


  • 3-5 years of experience or demonstrated equivalence;
  • Degree in architecture, interior design, graphic design or related degree from an accredited program;
  • Ability to create and manage an easy-navigating 3D asset library and produce high-quality diagrams and photorealistic renderings;
  • Solve typical and conventional problems and receive guidance on unusual problems;
  • Expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, 3ds Max, Rhino, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office;
  • Strong time management and self-driven work ethic;
  • Working on multiple projects with changing requirements, updated client requests and tight deadlines;
  • Experience in creating high-end, luxury renderings in a creative agency environment, is a bonus;
